Keni Vanzant – Asset Manager – Keni joined Infinity in June 2023. Her responsibilities include traveling to properties regularly to assess asset status, needs, risks, goals, and progress.

Keni has over 20 years of property management experience and affordable housing compliance. Her career in property management started as a leasing consultant of a conventional property where she learned marketing, sales, and contract negotiations. Continuing her growth, Keni was presented with the opportunity to transition to affordable housing in the compliance department for a portfolio of LIHTC & PBS8 properties. Her ability to quickly learn state and federal regulations allowed her to manage affordable housing properties to include LIHTC, PBS8, Rural Development and Market Rate.

As a Regional Property Manager, Keni had oversight of portfolios of affordable housing that extended from Atlanta, Florida, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania. During that time, she focused on team building, process improvements, utilizing technology-based resources and providing excellent service to residents and the owner/investor. Additionally, Keni has conducted Management and Occupancy Reviews for the contract administrator in GA & Illinois. 

Keni has earned a number of housing professional designations; COS from NCHM, CPO, FHC and SHCM from NAHMA.
