David Pike – Managing Director, Originations, West Coast – David has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience.

Prior to joining Infinity, David spent several years at Angel Oak as well as 6.5 years at Cantor Commercial Real Estate as Managing Director. As senior originator in their Orange County office, Mr. Pike was responsible for the origination and deal management of both CMBS and floating rate bridge loans. Prior to that, he served as Director of Fixed Income Risk Management at TIAA-CREF and Managing Director and Head of the Orange County origination and deal management office for Wachovia Securities.

David has a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College. David, his wife and four daughters live in San Clemente, CA.
