Strategy Overview

Infinity Commercial Lending (“ICL”) offers borrowers capital solutions by providing flexible financing across the capital stack.



ICL operates a sophisticated lending platform where each loan is sourced, diligenced and underwritten, and managed by the senior members of the team.



ICL originates loans nationwide on all property types, including senior, term, transitional and bridge loans as well as mezzanine debt and preferred equity.


ICL tailors Separately Managed Accounts to a specific risk/return profile for institutional clients.



Flexible product offerings, including debt and equity positions, are available across all commercial real estate property types.



ICL seeks investments that provide opportunity for growth while carefully managing risk.

ICL is led by industry veterans with long term relationships and experience spanning all phases of commercial real estate, including the origination, structuring, underwriting and servicing of loans as well as credit, capital markets, securitization, and asset management.

Ben F. Easterlin, V – Managing Director, Commercial Credit

Ben is the Managing Director of Commercial Credit for Infinity Capital Partners commercial lending group. Ben previously oversaw all aspects of commercial lending at Angel Oak, and was the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of a private holding company which made investments in companies that own and sell real estate assets. Ben has also held the position of senior executive and cofounder of a real estate private equity firm and a renewable energy company. Ben holds a B.B.A degree in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia.

Daniel Friedman – Managing Director, Originations, East Coast

Daniel is the Managing Director of Originations for Infinity Capital Partners commercial lending group, where he is responsible for sourcing, originating and structuring commercial loans. Prior to joining Infinity, Daniel served as Senior Vice President at Angel Oak Commercial Lending where he was responsible for originating and structuring debt investments for the Commercial Real Estate Strategies group of investment funds. He brings 14 years of experience in commercial real estate lending having worked for both securitized and balance sheet lenders including C-III Capital Partners and CIBC World Markets, among others. Daniel holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from George Washington University and a MS degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University.

David Pike – Managing Director, Originations, West Coast

David has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Infinity, David spent several years at Angel Oak as well as 6.5 years at Cantor Commercial Real Estate as Managing Director. As senior originator in their Orange County office, Mr. Pike was responsible for the origination and deal management of both CMBS and floating rate bridge loans. Prior to that, he served as Director of Fixed Income Risk Management at TIAA-CREF and Managing Director and Head of the Orange County origination and deal management office for Wachovia Securities. David has a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College. David, his wife and four daughters live in San Clemente, CA.
