Rebecca Harding – Fund Controller – Rebecca is responsible for the evaluation, development and direction of the property accounting functions of the company. She has over 20 years of real estate accounting experience, encompassing commercial, residential, and venture capital fund accounting.

Before joining IREA, Rebecca worked for Aduro Advisors in the fund administration department, where she managed multiple funds in the private equity and venture capital sector. Prior to joining Aduro Advisors, Rebecca was an Accounting Manager at Gables Residential working in multi-family luxury apartments. With Gables, she was responsible for the accounting of multiple properties under the REIT as well as Joint Ventures.

Rebecca is a graduate of Clayton State University, Georgia, and has a BAS in Administrative Management.
