YOSHONDA STAFFORD, Director of Compliance – Yoshonda joined Infinity in April 2021. Her responsibilities include the evaluation and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, as well as providing training and oversight for management agents. She also collaborates with Acquisitions and Asset Management on HUD submissions and Housing Finance Agency project transfers.

Yoshonda has over 17 years of affordable housing compliance and property management experience. She has managed compliance for a range of affordable housing products including four and nine percent LIHTC acquisition-rehabs and multilayered deals with Project-Based Section 8.

Yoshonda holds a BS degree from Georgia Southern University and has earned housing professional designations; COS from NCHM, C3P from Spectrum Enterprises, TaCCS from Quadel, FHC form NAHMA, and HCCP from the National Association of Home Builders.
